In a recent interview with The Lad, WWE announcer Scott Hall revealed that WWE wrestlers would not be allowed to use train bands, a feature that was originally used to promote WWE’s first pay-per-view event.
It wasn’t until 2017, however, that the train band was officially removed from WWE merchandise.
In a recent segment of the interview, Hall said he thought train bands were a waste of time.
He said they were “not very helpful.”
He said “anytime you’re on the train, you’ve got to use a band.
That’s a good idea.
You don’t want to wear a band.”WWE’s official policy is that wrestlers cannot wear bandanas or other gear while in the ring.
They can however, wear a strap that has a “Train” logo attached to it, or a vest, if the wrestler is wearing a mask.
